Waterbending

This site is all about yoga and consentrating on the moon at night in ancient times they said that people used the stars and the moon to navagite their way if they were lost inthemiddle of nowhere and thats what this site is going to teach you about when there is a full moon have a big bowl of water and have yourself ready for the most coolest event of your life. I have been doing Karate,swimming and If you have ever watched the Karate Kid 2010 then the part where the girl is controling the cobra and the ones who were doing all that karate stuff with staffs and fans and all that like in avatar thats what i am saying all the hand jesters and waterbending stuff like that now back to what i was saying. Before they went up to into the hall and he drinks the water from the dragon well he sits and talks about how the girl with the cobra did it all of the hipnotising with the hands. (It takes great focous and bravery to do the thing that girl was doing in karate kid she is a trained proffesional.) Tai chi is what you have to do to learn waterbending.



Step 1: So begin by having a big-meduim normal or glass bowl will do if you have glass its better to see the water within. Then put somthing like a cork or something that will float and not a rubber duckie lol (it wont work.) 


Step 2: Wait till the cork has setteled down and sit down on your bum and have your legs crossed then unfold your legs and put the right on over your left leg and put the left leg on top of your right (like they do when your meditating). If you have got it right then put your arms out and put them on your knee's and put your tumb and your first finger toghther and then you have just it right. If you are having difficulties with it look up the internet and type in meditation for begineers or just meditating ok.


Step 3: If it is better for you at night then focus on the moon or if it is full you have just got your luck right if you would perfer it in the day time. Start by feeling the soothness, power and healing beyond it and try to mimic these recations. Then close your eyes and imagine you are on the beach or at a lake when the moon is full and the water is like a big wall around you. Then start to move your right arm up and your left one down then do the same with the left arm practise this for a minute or two (make sure your eyes are closed if not you wont be able to do it) Then do the same with both hands out flat where your knuckles out flat. Then put them side by side and put them up in the air still side by side and bring it back down. Do this a couple of times and as you visulise the water going up and down do the hand-side by side tequnique after about 5mins drop your handsand let the water drop. If you hear the waterdrop then congrats you have did waterbeding. If not dont get to fustreted keep practising if you cant do it send a message to katierocks2010334@hotmail.co.uk on facebook or msn k. Keep practising it until eventulay you feel like doing it with you eyes open and if you cant do it with your eyes open at least you can do it closed. I will have to tell you practise meditaing everyday it help improve your hand and waterbending skills.
